Most of you probably know about the kid’s schedule. Let's not start the debate on whether kids should follow their body clock or be on a routine because whatever is being done is with the best of our intentions.
When she is older perhaps, we can look back at this and have a good laugh – why did we have to send her off the bed at 8PM. Perhaps she will be thankful because she knew all the time what to expect in this big world that she has so little control over (as if adults like us have much say to what comes and goes).
Well, here it is... The kid's schedule right now...
7.00AM: FEED – 150ml + some cereals (no later than 7.15am)
8.00AM: BATH 
9.00AM: NAP – 30-45min
11.00AM: FEED – 210ml (no later than 11.30am)
12.30PM: NAP – 2hr 2.30PM: FEED – Solids (no feeding after 3.15pm)
4.15PM: DRINK – water or very dilute juice
4.30PM: NAP – 30min (if total nap time is <3hr)
5.00PM: FEED – Solids 
5.45PM: BATH
7.00PM: FEED – 240ml
8.00PM: SLEEP

You have really been a great mum! Happy kid equals Happy mum! It is so amazing that she sleeps at 8 am and this will free up alot of time for yourself and hubby. Great job to our "Mango" mother. Cheers!
